We are looking for a detail-driven Estimator to join our team in Wellington, Western Cape. This role is critical to ensuring accurate costing, competitive pricing, and seamless coordination between sales, production, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for labels and carton packaging
• Analyse specifications, materials, and production requirements to determine costings
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing for raw materials and outsourced services
• Ensure all quotations align with historical pricing and company standards
• Maintain and update information on the quotation system
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales, production, and management
• Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes and cost efficiencies

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant post-school qualification in Estimating, Printing, or related field (advantageous)
• Proven experience as an Estimator within the printing/packaging industry
• Strong understanding of label and carton manufacturing processes
• Experience with CPMS or similar estimating systems (advantageous)
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication skills
• A proactive, team-oriented approach
